Little Egypt looks like Gizmo -- big ears, a triangular face, and enormous eyes, She's a sweet oddball. Also the smallest of the litter but the biggest heart. A real cuddler. Very gentle when she plays. Not afraid of anything. Much prettier than her picture

SUKI
Suki was born in a cardboard box on a sweltering June afternoon. She has grown up as an indoor cat with her 2 sisters and a brother. Suki enjoys curling up beside her humans to nap, jumping in the air after feather toys, and stretching out in the sun on the screened-in porch. She is well mannered, playful, loving, and will make a wonderful addition to any family.
And she is not an alien creature with strange eyes - it's just the picture.

MUM
Mum had a litter of kittens at the shelter who were all successfully adopted. Mum, however, was not doing well at the shelter and even though she isn't a Siamese her foster mom had to bring her home. She was just too sweet to leave behind. After a couple of weeks of cuddling and snuggling, Mum is a happy cat. She is fully integrated with the other fosters and loves lap sitting and petting.

OMAR
Omar is a very happy boy, now that he's been in foster awhile and has gotten used to a regular routine and the company of people and other kitties. He has a fantastic, lush coat, likes to be pet, and likes yarn balls.
Omar can be with other cats, but he may be happier as an only cat, or at least the first cat in a household. We do not know how he'll do with dogs as we don't have one. Omar may be more suited to a house with older kids, not babies or toddlers, as he doesn't always like to be picked up.
Omar's teeth were in horrid shape when he came into foster. He had to have nearly all his teeth pulled except for three of his fangs and he is much more comfortable. He looks like Bucky Cat from Get Fuzzy fame. He needs to be on a soft food diet, but he will nibble on kibble the best he can. Our bank account is hurting - donations would be greatly appreciated, so as to help the next sweet kitty who needs a helping hand (or paw?).
Omar's also deaf...not that convenient hearing all cats have...we do mean stone deaf...but it's not really slowing him down one bit!

Hi my name is Kallie Cupcake and if you can't guess I was named by my foster mom's 7 year old niece. She said I was the sweetest and prettiest thing and since her favorite thing is cupcakes that's how I got my name. I'm between 8-10 months old and a calico point siamese so that's where the name Kallie came from. I love other kitties, even if they don't like me, I try to make friends. I also love to eat. I was a very small girl when I came into rescue and they thought I was only 4 months old but found out I was 8 months so I've grown alot since then.
I love people and am a purrmobile, and I LOVE dogs as long as they don't chase me My foster mom has some that I sleep with when I can't find a kitty friend to hang out with and they're just as sweet.
I'm a calico point with very interesting markings, deep blue eyes and a real creamy body.

MARIKA
Hello, my name is Marika.. I'm approximately 4-5 yrs. old, and my new foster mommy says I have the "cutest little face." I can't tell my own story, but my foster mom seems to understand that I've been through a lot. I was in a cage in a shelter for a month after being picked up as a stray. The day my foster mom came to get me out of that scary place, we had a really scary journey to my new foster home. There was a fire truck, and big men talking loud all around me, and there were noisy cars whizzing by us, and then I was put behind the seat in a big noisy and bumpy truck. Many hours later foster mommy let me out of my carrier in my new temporary room. I'm embarrassed to say, I soiled myself and my carrier. I couldn't help it. I've been really afraid to come out from under the bed, but I'm a good girl so I come out to use my litter box. I also come out to eat and drink, so I discovered that there are fun toys for me to play with and a thing I can get up on to look out the window.
I'm getting a tiny bit boulder each day, but I still don't quite feel comfortable letting foster mom touch me. She sings to me and tells me stories, but I have to take my own time. After I get better at trusting, maybe someone will want to give me a loving, patient, forever home. Obviously I'd prefer a quiet home with no children, and no other pets.

MOOSHOO
You've heard of mushu pork and mushu chicken- well I'm Mooshoo kitty. I'm 3 years old and a bluepoint polydactyl snowshoe. My foster mom said with my poly feet it really looks like I'm wearing big mittens because they are huge. I tolerate other cats and dogs ok but am not a big fan and don't need any of them to make me happy just someone to love me. I'm a little shy at first but now I'm cuddling on the couch, even with the dogs around and really love to help you cook in the kitchen. A habit my foster mom is trying to break me of. I also have a spot in a bottom cupboard and because of my mittens can easily open that door if someone I don't know comes into the house. Like most of us rescue cats from Southern California I got out of one of those nasty shelters just in the nick of time. I'd love to have my own people. I think I'd do best in a household of adults and no kids.
